Philip Hecht

Mr. Hecht is a senior technology and consulting executive, assisting clients to create high performance highly resilient operations within their organizations. He is a principal at Above PAR Advisors, LLC, a consulting and advisory services firm, he co-founded, specializing in Performance and process optimization, root cause analytics, and enterprise resiliency. Under his leadership the firm has expanded by developing unique methods of using analytics to identify under-performing operations and organizational risk. They then convert these insights into quantitative and qualitative transformation programs. Mitigating risks, enhancing operations, embedding a safety culture, and sustainably reducing and containing operational expense are among the highest and most important targets addressed by he and the firm. Mr. Hecht earned his stripes in creating hi performance-driven and highly resilient organizations as a Partner at Accenture, the global consulting firm, was Chief Marketing Officer of an innovative medical technologies company, and was a senior executive in Global Services and Outsourcing at AT&T. He has deep global experience having worked in some of the most challenging international locations, for clients as diverse as The United Nations, The World Bank, NYSE, CitiBank, New York Life, UBS, NYU, and other global organizations.
